Obviousely looking at the item's name this will drop from the Headless Horseman from the Hallow's End event

Priests - Healing Guide

Difficult where to start with a Priest guide but here goes.
Healing is often a thankless task.
People criticise you if you don't heal them; people don't thank you if you do; you've got the life expectancy of a rabbit in the Undercity but without a healer a party will not complete a dungeon that is even remotely challenging.
This was intended to be a short guide but it's not an easy job.
I've just read this – it's too long and I've realised I've missed out mana regeneration!
But hopefully it gives you an insight to what the priest is doing whilst you're getting hit by the nasty mob and they're not healing you.

Blacksmithing leveling guide

Blacksmiths take bars of metal from miners and work them into finely crafted arms and armor. There are many unique weapons and other armaments that cannot be found on any of the vendors or monsters in the game, but can only be created by blacksmiths. Blacksmiths can create weapons, mail armor for Paladins or Warriors, and trade items. Blacksmiths can construct special sharpening and weight stones that can be used to temporarily improve weapon damage. They can also create several items that are used as ingredients for other Profession recipes, such as Enchanting.

Alchemy Power Leveling

The alchemist mixes herbs found by Herbalism and reagents in order to generate elixirs, potions, oils, flasks and cauldrons with a variety of effects. A player can create healing, invisibility, elemental resistance and mana potions; oils to coat weapons; and much more.

Alchemy is useful to all character classes. Melee fighters can use alchemy to create buff and healing potions. Spell casting classes can use alchemy to create mana potions and related buffs. You can create potions for yourself, sell them to others, or give them to your party members and friends. Alchemists are well loved when they hand out potions.
